Building a Pipe Bridge
Adjustable pipe supports are the perfect solution for safe mounting. They protect your important pipes, gas lines, and electrical trays. Suspend them from a rack to create a pipe bridge. This keeps utility lines safe from warehouse traffic and ground hazards.
First, secure pipes and trays to the modular rack. Then, attach base plates and beams to enclose the system. The system is then hoisted into place for mounting, creating a pipe bridge.

The images below are from a project for a military application that was shipped to Eastern Pennsylvania. We used a combination of stock and warehouse material. The customer assembled a pipe bridge for their ceiling installation. First, they installed the piping and tubing. Then, a crane hoisted the structure to the ceiling for secure installation. In total, the project material list included 100 ft of siFramo 80, 1,900 ft of siFramo 100, and 50 ft of siFramo 160.
